200H GRACE YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING

7 Week-End Immersions to Deepen your Practice

January - May 2027

BERLIN, GERMANY

The Training

THE TRAINING

The Grace Yoga 200h Teacher Training is a life-changing journey into the art and science of yoga. More than a certification, it is designed to support participants in becoming masterful vinyasa yoga teachers while offering a deep dive into the practice in all its dimensions.

Becoming a great teacher — and a true yogi — begins with cultivating what makes you unique. The Grace Yoga Training is designed for that very purpose: to meet students where they are and provide them with all the tools they need to grow into authentic, skillful teachers.

The teaching approach is principle-based rather than rigid, and so aims to empower rather than impose. At the heart of Grace Yoga lies a refined blend of ancient wisdom and modern science; a balance that, when approached intentionally, leads to deep transformation and lasting confidence.

This integrity is upheld by a team of experienced teachers from diverse backgrounds, who offer inclusive yet profound teachings that bring together philosophy, embodied practice, and theory.

From the learning environment to the curriculum, schedule, and teaching team, every element is intentionally crafted to support students on their path toward becoming accomplished practitioners and empowered yoga teachers.

Josepha L.

Taking part in this teacher training has been one of the most unexpected and transformative experiences of my life. Both Alex and Rose guided us with such clarity, depth, and kindness that I felt supported through every challenge and breakthrough. Their teaching wasn’t just about learning postures or techniques, it was about reconnecting with myself, discovering my inner strength, and finding a new sense of balance in daily life.

The way they embody yoga through presence, compassion, and integrity inspired me to live more consciously, both on and off the mat. This training didn’t just make me a more experienced teacher; it opened my heart, expanded my awareness, and completely reshaped how I see myself and the world around me. I will always be deeply grateful for their wisdom and the community they’ve built. I came back to my daily life on a cloud, and gradually let that sense of lightness and clarity infuse everything I do.

Maeva B.

The 200h Grace YTT was an incredible journey of learning and growth. Alex and Rose brought so much care, thought, and heart to every aspect of the training. The program offered a beautiful balance of anatomy, philosophy, teaching practice, and asana, making it both comprehensive and deeply enriching.

What stood out most was the sense of community they created. Through partner work, sharing circles, and time spent together, the training became a safe and uplifting space to grow — both personally and as a teacher. I left feeling filled with wisdom, love, and a deep sense of clarity and authenticity.

Than C.

The 200h Grace YTT was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. It became a profound inner journey through which I gained a much clearer understanding of my body, my emotions, and myself. By the end, I felt reconnected, grounded, and deeply grateful.

The program offered a thoughtful balance of anatomy, philosophy, and the art of teaching. Alex’s anatomy and asana instruction was practical, precise, and deeply informed by his medical background, while Rose’s philosophy teachings brought depth and meaning to the experience. Together, they created a learning environment that was both professional and heartfelt. I can wholeheartedly recommend this training to anyone seeking not only a high-quality teacher training, but also a truly transformative personal experience.
