At the heart of the program lies a unique focus : navigating the often elusive balance between professionalism and authenticity. Our goal is to support you in becoming a deeply professional teacher while cultivating and refining your own voice.
This is made possible through a faculty of exceptional facilitators and mentors, each with decades of experience in their fields. The training bridges ancient yogic wisdom with insights from modern science to create a rigorous and inspiring path for advanced study.
Graduates of the Grace Yoga 300h leave with the ability to teach great classes, and equipped to build a meaningful career and share yoga from a place of depth that is truly their own.

OUR SANCTUARY
Nestled on the edge of a national park, our home for the training is a restored quinta surrounded by hectares of wild, generous land. We are surrounded by a landscape that reminds us of the rhythms of nature and invites us into a reconnection with ourselves.
The farm sits just 20 minutes from the Atlantic coast and the charming surf town of Ericeira. Lisbon and its international airport are only a short 30-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures smooth and simple.

ACCOMMODATION
You can choose between single rooms, shared doubles, a spacious dorm or the comfortable glamping tents. Each is thoughtfully furnished with natural materials and soft tones. Expect cozy beds, clean design and just enough rustic charm to remind you you’re far from the noise.

NOURISHMENT
Food during the training will be plant-based, deeply nourishing, and crafted with care. Our chef, Zoe, approaches cooking as a form of alchemy, a practice of transforming the earth’s raw gifts into meals that support body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from years of experience, research, and devotion to holistic health, Zoe’s cuisine is mostly gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and rooted in organic, local, seasonal ingredients.
Each day includes three vibrant meals: a generous breakfast with options like warm porridge, vegan yogurt, breads, fruits, savory vegetables, and elixirs; a light, protein-rich lunch; and a buffet-style dinner featuring a starter, main dish, toppings and sugar-free dessert.
Meals will be abundant, healing and thoughtfully prepared to complement the rhythm and depth of our days together.

WHAT IS GRACE YOGA
A PRACTICE OF THE BODY, THE VOICE, THE HANDS, THE MIND, THE SPIRIT.
Grace Yoga developed slowly and organically, through the wisdom of the teachers and traditions that came before us, contemporary science and rational inquiry, and the lived experience of thousands of hours of practice and teaching.
At its heart, Grace is an exploration of balance: between strength and flexibility, stability and openness, knowledge and intuition, discipline and freedom. We cultivate these qualities through the body, not as an end in themselves, but in the hope that what we practice on the mat begins to shape how we move through life.
Grace also carries the meaning of gratitude — from the Latin gratia — and of giving freely. It is both a quality we cultivate and a way of meeting life.
At its heart are the Five Seeds of Grace Yoga: Sparśa (स्पर्श), Touch; Vāk (वाक्), Voice; Kāya (काय), Body; Jñāna (ज्ञान), Mind; and Sāra (सार), Essence — five interconnected dimensions that shape the way we practice and teach.
FROM OUR GRADUATES
In their own words.

"I gained so much inspiration from all the people I met there. Not only the teachers, but all the other students and from the space, from this community experience."
- Josepha
"What stood out the most was how the training combines traditional elements of the vinyasa practice but adapts it to modern times."
- Raul
