Terms & Conditions for the 200-hour Grace Yoga Teacher Training, Berlin

1. Scope of contract

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 200-hour Grace Yoga Teacher Training in Berlin, taking place from 29 January to 16 May 2027 over 7 weekends at HAR LOFT, Berlin. The contract language is English.

 

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. A regular yoga practice is recommended. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are fit to participate in a yoga training program.

3. Registration and conclusion of contract

Registration requires submission of the registration form and payment of the deposit. A place is confirmed only once both steps have been completed and the organizer has accepted the booking.

4. Prices and payment

The total training fee is €2,999 Early Bird or €3,599 Regular, depending on the applicable offer at the time of booking. A €750 deposit is due upon booking and forms part of the total training fee. The remaining balance is due 3 months before the start of the training. Payment plans may be offered only if confirmed in writing.

5. Statutory right of withdrawal

If the participant is a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the separate Withdrawal Policy.

6. Cancellation after expiry of the withdrawal period

After expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancellation is received more than 3 months before the training start date, payments already made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is received less than 3 months before the training start date, no refund is owed.

7. Changes, cancellation by organizer

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedule, teachers, or venue where necessary, provided the overall character of the training is not materially affected. If the training must be cancelled by the organizer, payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Participation and certification

 

Full participation may be required for certification. Certification requirements will be communicated separately. Missing significant training hours may affect eligibility for certification.

9. Health and safety


Participants are responsible for practicing within their own limits and for informing the organizer of any relevant health issues that are necessary for safe participation. Any health information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Conduct

Participants must treat teachers, other participants, and the studio with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct may lead to exclusion from the training. In such cases, any refund entitlement is determined in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

11. Course materials and intellectual property

Training materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written permission.

12. Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, the organizer is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

13. Applicable law

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence, where applicable.
