Yoga is a lot more than a physical practice. It is an approach to living in balance, both physically, mentally and spiritually.
This 7 days intensive lead by Alex & Lucie is the perfect opportunity to fully embrace all aspects of Yoga, from Asana and Pranayama, to Chanting and the Yoga of the Voice, Philosophy and other powerful ancient practices.

Curriculum Highlights:
Every morning will be centred around in depth Asana, Meditation and Pranayama practice. While the afternoon and evenings will be dedicated to exploring complementary practices, allowing for a deeper transformation and holistic experience (see Curriculum below). Each day will be quite busy but sufficient time will be offered to integrate the teachings and explore the beautiful surroundings of the yoga centre.

This intensive is aimed at any passionate yoga practitioner that wishes to take a deeper dive into the immense potential of Yoga in all its forms or teachers who wish to feel more empowered and inspired in their own personal practice. All levels of practice and experience are welcome, the only requirement is the willingness to participate and cultivate an opened spirit.ā

THE RETREAT CENTER
Recreation complex Šiaurys is located in the legendary Labanoras Forest (3 ha private territory).

This is a land for the people who love nature and believe in its powers, who want to make a pause in the midst of the pace of the city and feel the silence and healing power of the forest, as well as those who want to devote their time to self-development and inner discoveries.
This project appeared with the aim of bringing together nature lovers and a united community of people who want to experience a life-changing forest and the magical silence of this space.

āIn the territory, you will find: The Big Šiaurys and the Little Šiaurys, the Vajus House and Tipis (meditation and group activity spaces), the Northern and Eastern cooking spaces, the white smoke sauna, the lake recreation areas and the outdoor forest library.

TRAVELLING
GETTING THERE
The retreat center is located about 80 km from Vilnius and 130 km from Kaunas. Transportation from the city to the retreat location can be organised with the center.
ALEX PEREZ
Alex is a yoga teacher and a licensed medical doctor.
Over the course of his apprenticeship, Alex developed his own way of teaching yoga, a non-rigid and modern form based on a scientific understanding of movement and of the body. His classes contain elements from many styles of yoga along with his unique touch of creativity and play.
Alex uses his profound anatomical and physiological knowledge to adapt his guidance to the unique physiognomy of each of his students, herewith creating a safe environment for all to freely express their body wisdom through movement.
Alex teaches workshops, trainings and festivals internationally. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
LUCIE ANDRE
Lucie approaches yoga with a foundation in inclusivity, spirituality, and self-inquiry. Her goal is to help students cultivate a deep presence on the mat, enabling them to carry this sense of being into their everyday lives.

As a certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices, as well as a Breathwork and Sound Facilitator, she is passionate about holding space and sharing her energy. Her love for sound emerged after completing her first teacher training, inspiring her to share the essence of yoga with students in ways that transcend words, time, and space.
She designs holistic experiences and creative sequences that integrate elements of Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Believing in the profound connection between body and mind, she seeks to activate the whole being—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her intention is to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages self-expression, exploration, and a deep, loving awareness.
