THE TRAINING
The Grace Yoga 300h Advanced Teacher Training is a complete immersion into the art and profession of teaching yoga. Far surpassing the minimum Yoga Alliance requirements, this training is a serious commitment to understanding what makes teaching yoga so impactful: the powerful intersection of knowledge, embodiment and personal expression.
At the heart of the program lies a unique focus : navigating the often elusive balance between professionalism and authenticity. Our goal is to support you in becoming a deeply professional teacher while cultivating and refining your own voice.
This is made possible through a faculty of exceptional facilitators and mentors, each with decades of experience in their fields. The training weaves together ancient yogic wisdom with insights from modern science, neuropsychology, and biomechanics; creating a rigorous, integrative and inspiring path for advanced study.
Graduates of the Grace Yoga 300h leave not only ready to teach great classes, but equipped to build a meaningful career and share yoga from a place of depth and clarity.

THE RETREAT CENTER
Nestled on the edge of a national park just outside Lisbon, our home for the training is a restored quinta surrounded by 3.2 hectares of wild, generous land.
Here, fruit trees, cork oaks, grapevines, and towering forests coexist with deer and wild boar, who sometimes visit the stream at the end of the garden.
Secluded yet connected, the farm sits just 15 minutes from the Atlantic coast and the charming surf town of Ericeira. Lisbon and its international airport are only a short 45-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures smooth and simple.
The venue is designed for retreat and reconnection. Practice takes place in the Garden Shala, a converted glass Victorian greenhouse and on a stunning yoga deck overlooking a valley of trees.
As we deepen our practice, we are held by a landscape that reminds us of the rhythms of nature. Surrounded by native forests and abundant wildlife, the land invites us to slow down, listen and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.

ACCOMMODATION
Simple, elegant and immersed in nature, the rooms offer quiet comfort throughout your stay. You can choose between single rooms, shared doubles, or a spacious dorm, each thoughtfully furnished with natural materials and soft tones. Expect cozy beds, clean design and just enough rustic charm to remind you you’re far from the noise.
With a maximum of 22 students, the space feels intimate and personal; an ideal environment for growth, reflection, and deep sleep after full days of practice.
NOURISHMENT
Food during the training will be plant-based, deeply nourishing, and crafted with care. Our chef, Zoe, approaches cooking as a form of alchemy, a practice of transforming the earth’s raw gifts into meals that support body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from years of experience, research, and devotion to holistic health, Zoe’s cuisine is gluten-free*, refined sugar-free, and rooted in organic, local, seasonal ingredients. She combines modern nutritional science with ancient rituals including fermentation, herbal infusions and wild foraging to create food that is healing, grounding and alive.
Each day includes three vibrant meals: a generous breakfast with options like warm porridge, vegan yogurt, breads, fruits, savory vegetables, and elixirs; a light, protein-rich lunch; and a buffet-style dinner featuring a starter, main dish, toppings and sugar-free dessert.
Meals will be abundant, healing and thoughtfully prepared to complement the rhythm and depth of our days together.
